It ensures Sponsor requirements are met and essential documents are available to support trial conduct and ongoing documentation.
The purpose of this SOP is to describe the process for initiation of an investigator site within a clinical trial. It applies to all clinical trials sponsored, co-sponsored, or managed by King’s Health Partners (KHP) Organisations.
