Case Report Form (CRF) Design
Case Report Forms (CRF) can be printed or electronic and are used to capture protocol-defined trial data. This SOP applies to all clinical trials sponsored, co-sponsored or managed by King’s Health Partners (KHP) organisations.
CRF design must ensure that only data required by the protocol is collected. Well-designed CRFs support data quality, minimise queries, and facilitate trial management, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
