Privacy policy regarding your personal information
The information you have provided to us will be used by members of the KHP-CTO training team for the purpose of your registration on our GCP courses. We will use your email address to confirm your attendance and send course reminders. We will only use your telephone number to contact you if there is a problem with your email address -OR- in the unlikely event that a course has to be cancelled at short notice.
In line with our obligations under the UK Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trial) Regulations to demonstrate that King's Health Partners and associated staff are appropriately trained to carry out their duties, we will use the personal information you provide us to create entries in our database of completed training events - this will be maintained indefinitely. We may process this information from time to time to supply us, you, sponsor organisations or Regulatory / oversight organisations with the date and nature of your training.
Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be divulged to any organisation not involved in the research in which you are participating.
