Production, Approval and Review of Standard Operating Procedures
This Standard Operating Procedure applies to all clinical trials sponsored, co-sponsored or managed by King’s Health Partners (KHP) organisations. It describes the process for writing, approving, implementing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the King’s Health Partners Clinical Trials Office (KHP-CTO).
It covers KHP-CTO SOPs and associated controlled documents (such as templates, guidance, and training materials).
It may also be used as a framework for investigator site documents including trial protocols, Participant Information Sheets (PIS), consent forms, and Case Rport Forms (CRFs).
