If you have completed appropriate previous training, you are eligible for the Refresher course, please complete the following form to register. Note, your registration will not be complete until we have seen proof of appropriate previous training.

Once you have submitted this form you will be given the option to upload a scanned copy of your previous certificate or to fax it to us.

If you do not have proof of appropriate previous training, you will need to attend a more comprehensive Half-Day course instead. Please click here for more information.
