Quality Policy
The quality system was originally established under the Joint Clinical Trials Office and has since developed into the King’s Health Partners Clinical Trials Office (KHP-CTO). It provides a unified framework to ensure that all trials across the Partner Organisations are managed to the same high standard. Â
To set out the quality framework for clinical trials sponsored or co-sponsored ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.Â
This policy applies to all clinical trials sponsored, co-sponsored by partner organisation. It defines the quality management system, including:Â
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Â
- Training and competency frameworks.Â
- Document control and archiving.
- Monitoring and audit activities.
